She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Mella was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Flame speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Flame alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Flame fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
