History: Claira was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Painter for the past few years.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born into a rich family. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
