History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. Scrag was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Unemployed. He has worked as a Unemployed like his father before him.

In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
