History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Skamos began to lead the lost caravan. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
