Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Eida will drive conversation. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Ownka alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Glim embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Glim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
