He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

When his mother died while fighting giants, the young Peren began to lead the lost caravan. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nogu never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over.
