History: Laucian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
