History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Miller. She's also a talented Bowyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Curran lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Sutha speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
