History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: Born in the east to a Painter, Surina learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Carpenter, but she got bored and became a Painter. She tends to her Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
