Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She uses divination through singing.

History: Perra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now owns her own business.
