Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has a very tight haircut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: Bernard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Bricklayer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern
