Description: This woman stands a little under 4'1" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a brown shirt with thin white vertical stripes and blue pants. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
