History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Korinn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Korinn. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Calcitro was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Calcitro's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Unvera was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
