Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ovina isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Ovina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ovina decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
