History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Gardain alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Sculptor. He now owns his own business.
