Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Mumpena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to protect his home

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Butcher born in the past three hundred years. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has worked as a Butcher like her mother before her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with her old friends
