History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Jane reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the west to a Hunter, Bertram learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Hunter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Hunter responsibilities is difficult; and to get a good night's sleep

History: Syllin hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A gifted student she started as a Spice Merchant, but she got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by vampirism.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
