Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Nedda's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Nedda alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
