Description: She wears a white coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon her head. She is portly but not overly obese. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ootah does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This tall, slender woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has styled her brown hair well, parting it to the right. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the right. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it
