History: Wella was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Loopmottin decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
