History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and retire the richest woman in the south

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Xappan was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Brewer. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
