History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thakrak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Locksmith.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Spy arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
