History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Bounty Hunter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Through the years after Ruloth was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ruloth's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a Masseuse soon after.
