Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born to a Tanner, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jade grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jade. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored.
