Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Paelias has worked very hard to control his curse. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Shautha lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
