History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
