History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Jheri was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This tall, slender man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Râsh is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
