History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sarah grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Valanthe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
