History: She was born in a small mountains village. Through the years after Ootah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ootah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Ootah never married again.
