History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Osco was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Osco's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
