Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dynamic grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dynamic. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
