Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a simple brown robe with grey stripes complete with hood. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roger grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roger. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
