History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Halander lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Halander was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Halander's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
