History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ilga decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
