History: Born in the east to a Ploughman, Cumpen learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents enrolled her in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. During her travels, Cumpen and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Cumpen discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Cumpen fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Lance took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
