She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a Farmer, her father struggled to pay the bills. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Sarah is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
