History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.

She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
