Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears long strands of ruby and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jade studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jade grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jade. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
