History: Born to a Shipwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Marshal.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his pickaxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sage. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. A gifted student she started as a Marshal, but she got bored and became a Miner. She struck the Miner job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and sabotage a competitor
