She prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available she will default to her kukri, and she perpetually has her kukri ready. She keeps her silver hair in a flapper bob. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears a worn and beaten armor. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Drenna hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Drenna was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This woman stands a little under 6'7" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She dresses like a well dressed Bookbinder does. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she's repulsed by the pc
