History: Born in the north to a Adventurer, Bilbron learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Shifting liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Riswynn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She became a Ruler soon after.
