Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Krimp was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she is typically in her Baker uniform. Her auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born in the east to a Baker, Paela learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Mason, but she got bored and became a Baker. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
