History: Born in the west to a Cook, Chad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress mother left him crippled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Mardnab was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Born in the south to a Baker, Vepar learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Tailor, but she got bored and became a Baker. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
