History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Jillian was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Butcher. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She dresses like a well dressed Seamstress does. Her white hair is wavy and long. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She takes great joy in being the best Seamstress in town.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eloise grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eloise. She's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
