His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
