History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hillanot was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has worked as a Engraver like her mother before her.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
