History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Richard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
