History: Aust lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Aust alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Jasmine was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 6'4". She sports pastel clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and her gloved hand is found clutching a crossbow. She has styled her lavender fur well, parting it to the left. Her eyes are hazel.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
