History: Pelt was born the youngest of three triplets. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Anne lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Ruler, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Being a Mortician kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
