History: Aelar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She comes from a rich western family. A gifted student she started as a Roofer, but she got bored and became a Spy. She struck the Spy job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ploughman but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a red shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and grey pants. She wears her silver hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Engraver profession.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Jo took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
